By using Couch, connecting a wallet or launching a coin, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to use a service like this where you live. If you do not agree, do not use Couch.

Couch is a website, a non custodial interface to pump.fun on Solana. It creates coins on pump.fun through PumpPortal and lets you trade them from your own wallet. Couch is not a bank, a broker or an exchange.

Couch never holds your keys or your funds. It does not guarantee that a transaction goes through, and it does not act for you.

You sign in by signing a message in your wallet. It proves you own the wallet, costs nothing and moves no funds. You sign every payment and every trade in your own wallet, and only you can do that.

You are responsible for your wallet, your keys, what you sign and the network fees you pay. Solana transactions are final once confirmed. We cannot reverse a launch or a trade, or recover funds sent to a wrong address.

A launch costs 0.1 SOL, paid once to the Couch launch wallet. The launch wallet pays pump.fun's create cost (about 0.02 SOL) out of it. The fee is not refundable once the coin is created.

The Couch launch wallet creates every coin on pump.fun and is its creator on chain. Couch records your wallet as the coin's launcher. The launch wallet keeps 100% of every coin's creator fees; launchers do not earn creator fees or trading fees.

If you paid and the coin could not be created, your launch goes on a refund list and your payment is refunded by hand. A pre-buy is optional and off by default. It is your own trade, signed in your own wallet after the coin is live.

Only upload a name, ticker, picture, description and links you have the right to use. Do not impersonate a person or project, infringe anyone's rights, mislead buyers, promise returns, manipulate trading, or launch unlawful, hateful or fraudulent content.

You are responsible for your coin, what you say about it, your community and your taxes. A coin appearing on Couch is not checked or endorsed by Couch.

Meme coin prices move fast and a coin can go to zero. Liquidity can be thin and a trade can move the price a lot. Trades on the bonding curve and on PumpSwap are final once Solana confirms them, and pump.fun's own fees apply to every trade.

You make every launch and trading decision yourself, at your own risk. Market cap, volume, holders, rankings or links shown on a page do not mean a coin is real, safe or worth anything. Only use money you can afford to lose.

Nothing on Couch is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Numbers on Couch are read from the chain and from public price sources, and they can be late or wrong. Check before you trade.

Do not use Couch if meme coins, token launches or a service like this are against the law where you live, or if you are subject to sanctions. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

Couch relies on pump.fun, PumpPortal, PumpSwap, the Solana network, your wallet app and hosting providers. They have their own terms and risks, and Couch does not control their availability, security or actions.

Anyone can launch a coin on Couch. We may hide any coin from our pages, remove content or limit access to the website when it is needed for safety, abuse prevention or the law. The coin itself stays on pump.fun and Solana.

Couch is provided as is and as available, without any promise that it works, is available, is accurate or is free of errors. As far as the law allows, Couch is not liable for any loss that comes from using it, including lost tokens, failed transactions, wallet compromise or what third parties do.

We may change Couch or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the current version, and using Couch after a change means you accept it. How we handle data is in the Privacy Policy.
